The KPK police have finally digitized the criminal record system of the province.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police chief has said the police force of the province will continue to remain free from political interference and independent at all costs.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police had sacrificed around 1500 men in the war on terror.

The Official Statement

Inspector General of Police said, “Effective law enforcement is not possible without prosecution and investigation.”

He added that they wanted to invest in the capacity building of policemen of all ranks and much attention would be paid to it.

Wind Of Change Is Blowing In KP!

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have introduced Criminal Record Verification System (CRVS) to put an effective end to terrorism across the province.

A statement issued here on Friday said the move had enhanced the police efficiency to a great extent.

Computerized data about all criminals had been provided to all police stations available through CRVS.

Record of proclaimed offenders is available on phone through a SIM service to all police stations, checkpoints and snap checking points.

The police officials on duty on these points can directly verify the background of any person by clicking the mobile’s button, the statement explained.

The KP police along with digitization of FIRs have issued 276 special SIMs to all district police.

Through these SIMs, millions of people have so far been checked and in the process, 1819 proclaimed offenders arrested.

The statement said under the system all data had been converted officials had success to it through one click.
